Rustle up our yummy microwave chocolate pudding in just minutes in the microwave – perfect when you want a bit of a sweet treat!
Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake
SERVES 1:
HOW TO:
1. Grab the largest mug you have and add the flour, sugar and cocoa powder and mix together.
2. Add the egg and mix with the 3 tbsps of milk and the 3 tbsps of vegetable oil until everything is mixed together.
3. Centre your mug in the middle of your microwave and cook on high for 1½ to 2 minutes until the cake is firm to touch.
4. Optional: Enjoy with ice-cream, cream or custard.
