Today we are sharing a peek at the new look modern, luxury environment of the exclusive tv/games room that is available to anyone that has booked a deluxe studio. Designed with students in mind, the new room offers a fantastic addition to your independent living space.
Comfort and aesthetics have been our key considerations when designing this area. Shades of green and browns, elegant fauna prints, artificial plants and wooden floor and furniture give this space a nature-theme which feels wholly restful. Finishes and textiles in complimentary tones create a wonderfully attractive space for students and contribute to a relaxed atmosphere.
The beautifully decorated lounge area has all the features you’d expect of a place set aside for students to relax or study. A lovely large faux leather corner sofa offers a fantastic place to watch the large mounted television, or to play games in relative comfort.
There are additional chairs near the windows, to offer a restful place for students who want to read books, or large bean bag chairs for students who want to lie and take a rest or read books. The design of the sofas and chairs creates a wonderful informal gathering area that sparks conversation!
The array of seating allows students to choose where and how to work. There is also a table with four chairs for students to study at or use their laptops, which also offers a wonderful place to share a meal, or entertain family and friends.
The room on the fifth floor also benefits from having the best views of Stoke-on-Trent, where you can probably see how close Kiln House is situated to Staffordshire University (and a short bus ride to Keele University).
As well as the exclusive space our deluxe studios rooms have features such as a deluxe mattress with luxury headboard, 100 Mb/s internet speed and a free car parking space if required. Kiln House also benefits, on the ground floor, of an onsite gym, a large additional communal space, and a large television area where Sky Sports and Movies which are available whenever you need them.
