Refer a Friend Scheme

Love living with us? Looking to house share with your mates next year? Tell your friends and we’ll say thank you with our Refer a Friend Scheme.

If you currently live with us, or are living with us next year, you can earn rewards by referring friends. We believe that our tenants are the best people to know exactly what it’s like to live with us, and this new scheme means you receive a reward too when you recommend a friend to join us.

How to Refer a Friend:

1. Tell your friend about us / share the details of our website
2. Your friend should complete the enquiry form on the website and include your name (and room number – we’ll need this to ensure you receive the incentive)
3. We will contact your friend and discuss which offers they might be interested in progress them through the application process
4. The Refer a Friend Scheme pays a Referrer and Referred Friend with voucher for each qualifying room booking made in the current academic year.,

Eligibility Criteria

The scheme is open to any prospective or current students. Proof of student ID maybe requested 

Those referring a friend (Referrer) must:

1. Be a Stoke Student Living tenant currently residing in either Kiln House, Poulson House or London House or have signed a tenancy agreement to live with us in the future.
2. Must have complied with the terms of their tenancy agreement(s) paid all rent instalments due and not owe the Stoke Student Living any outstanding fees or have paid your rent in full for the entire year.

Those being referred (Prospective Student) must:

1. Have completed a booking for the current academic year and have not previously lived at an Stoke Student Living property.

There is no restriction on the number of people a Referrer can refer, and each Referred friend will qualify for a payment if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Voucher payment will be made to both parties, when all the following conditions are met. Voucher payment will be split equally between the Referrer and the Referred friend (50/50). 

The offer is only applicable to the Referrer and the Referred Resident and is no-transferable. 

In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the Offer. 

The decision to make the voucher payment is at the absolute discretion of Stoke Student Living.
